Helping Improve the Lives of People and Animals

What We Do

Why We Do It

Animal studies play an important and currently irreplaceable role in both identifying new therapies and treatments and ensuring their safety prior to human use. If not for the pivotal role of animals in biomedical research, many lifesaving therapies for humans and veterinary treatments for animals would not exist today.

How We Do It

We hold ourselves to high standards related to health, welfare, and quality.  AAALAC accreditation is a voluntary accreditation and assessment program that promotes the humane treatment of animals in science and serves to enhance our top commitment to animal care and welfare. We regularly review our animal care program to ensure we are serving our animals in the best possible ways. Additionally, our global Marshall Beagle® facilities are certified to the ISO 9001:2015 standard.
